Remove Private Comments Before Sharing Book-Club Notes
Start a new share copy containing only the reading boundary, page landmarks, and questions intended for the group. Remove names, private reactions, comments, tracked changes, and document properties that are not needed. Open the exported file as a recipient would and search for each removed name before sending it.

Build the note

2. Remove names, private reactions, comments, tracked changes, and document properties that are not needed.
3. Open the exported file as a recipient would and search for each removed name before sending it.
